Today’s WATF Wednesday showcases some of the DIY projects I did for last week’s Feature Event for Earth Day. I pulled out a Milk Carton and Starbucks coffee cup from my recycling bin and decided to re-use and restyle!
Here is What I started with:
We are going to start with the milk carton as the first project. The first step is to cut the carton to your desired height.
Cut 4 slits and Push inwards
Pealed off Contact paper and wrapped around milk carton.
Cut 4 slits in contact paper and folded inside
Voila! Instant gorgeous plant or flower vase!
The second project was with the Starbucks Coffee Cup turned utensil holder for the party
Place contact paper around the coffee cup and cut slits to fold down over the top
And there you have it! A unique cutlery holder:
I also did a third project that used the top of the coffee cup. I turned this into a plate stand:
And then I did basically the same thing with the contact paper as I did for the first use of the coffee cup. And here is a photo of all of the DIY projects together.
I also used the cardboard sleeve from the coffee cup and turned it into party favor bag tags, which I will chat with you tomorrow on Try it Thursday! Hope your Earth Day celebration is becoming a part of your every day life!
I’ve been browsing on-line more than 3 hours lately, but I by no
means discovered any interesting article like yours.
It is pretty price sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and
bloggers made excellent content as you probably did, the
web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
Thank you Adeline! :)
